Vaththa Kuzhambu is one of the traditional type of Sambar prepared in South India. Make Tamarind Paste and add Sundaikai (Turkey Berry) or Onion or Ladies Finger. Add Vaththa Kuzhambu Powder and bring it to boil. Garnish with Curry leaves and Mustard for an authentic taste.
